- The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- No returns accepted for orders placed outside of Australia
- An online return form (found below) must be completed
- Customers not satisfied with the quality of the product may return the product for a full refund given the product is unopened and in its original packaging
- Customers must cover the cost of return postage
- In the instance of the incorrect product being sent return postage will be covered by Tetra Native bees
- Valid reason for return must be given (e.g. damaged, wrong product or dissatisfaction)
- Products damaged during shipping must be accompanied by photo evidence showing damage
- In the case of goods damaged during shipping a replacement will be offered first
- Refunds will be issued in a timely manner by the method and bank account of payment
