Return and Refund Policy

Tetra Native Bees strives to offer a 5 star product and service to all of our customers. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our products providing the following conditions are met. 


  • The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • An online return form (found below) must be completed 
  • Customers not satisfied with the quality of the product may return the product for a full refund. If the product is a consumable (e.g honey) at least 80% of the product must remain unconsumed and be returned. In this instance customers must cover the cost of return.
  • Valid reason for return must be given (e.g. damaged, wrong product or dissatisfaction)
  • Products damaged during shipping must be accompanied by photo evidence showing damage
  • In the case of goods damaged during shipping a replacement will be offered first
  • Refunds will be issued in a timely manner by the method and bank account of payment
